About Chiropractic Care
Since what manifests in the body, heart and mind is an expression of true nature we direct our attention there to guide our work together. This is done in three ways. Using a particular type of meditation we focus awareness on the three major centers of subtle physiology: the belly center or hara, the heart center, and the head center. We also use a particular form of Inquiry which directs attention to our experience in the moment. The best way to learn about our true nature is through our experience in the moment, giving us insight into the depth of what is really occurring within us. In addition to meditation and Inquiry, as an experienced chiropractor I use cranio-sacral therapy and other techniques to perceive areas of relative freedom and restriction in the vast network of energies and tissue in the body. These three approaches tap into our Innate Intelligence to form a cohesive movement toward true health.
